Firefighter hurt at east-Erie blaze GoErie.com One firefighter was taken by EmergyCare ambulance to UPMC Hamot for treatment of an ankle injury, emergency dispatchers said. No other injuries were reported. Firefighters had the blaze under control by 4:09 a.m. The fire is under investigation.
